- Incident logging, categorization and prioritization on the ticketing tool as per defined metrices.
- Timely reporting of open incidents.
- Diligent tracking of SLAs to ensure incidents are being solved within the agreed TAT.
- Correct assignment of incidents in the ticketing tool to ensure seamless resolution.
