Description About Job :

• Making recommendations and routing changes based on observations.
• Maintaining confidential data's and reports - Must be good in Excel and MS Office.
• Should be strong in Basics of Mathematics and must have Analytical Knowledge. 
• Interface with business unit management for escalation of service-impacting issues.
• Contingency Planning, Bridge Call Handling, Floor Management.
• Require candidates with Excellent communication skills.
• If experience need to be considered then he/she should be into WFM role for two or more years.
• Should be flexible for shifts, as the job involves total night shifts.
