Age Limit : Applicant’s age should be there as mentioned below
For assistant directors (grade-II) (metallurgy): 30 years
For assistant directors (grade-II) (chemical): 30 years
For assistant directors of mines safety (occupational health) grade-I: 40 years
Qualification : For assistant directors (grade-II) (metallurgy): applicants must have passed Degree in Metallurgy Engineering from any recognized University/Institute or its equivalent qualification
For assistant directors (grade-II) (chemical): applicants must have passed Master's Degree in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry/Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology from any recognized University/Institute or its equivalent qualification
For assistant directors of mines safety (occupational health) grade-I: applicants must have passed post graduate degree in community medicine along with 2 years' experience in the field of occupational health, rather in factories or mines or applicants must have post graduate diploma in industrial health or public health or occupational health along with three years' experience in the field of Occupational health and applicants must have included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule
Pay Scale : For assistant directors (grade-II) (metallurgy): 9,300- 34,800 (PB-2) + 4,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. 29,607/- per month)
For assistant directors (grade-II) (chemical): 9,300- 34,800 (PB-2) +4,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. 29,607/- per month)
For assistant directors of mines safety (occupational health) grade-I: 15,600- 39,100 (PB-3) +6,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. 47,286/-
Application Fee : applicants have to pay application fee of 25/- only either in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using master credit/visa/ debit card and no application fee for SC/ ST/ PH/ Women category candidates
