Job Details :
SQL Database Administrator
Provides day-to-day operational support of test and production database environments
Performs analysis, develops, tests, and implements complex physical database infrastructures in support of business application requirements
Trains user groups on procedures and standards
Performs related duties as assigned or requested
Possession of skills in core database management areas including:
SQL Database Administration (9.0/10/10.5/11.0)
DBMS Object Management
Database Backup and Recovery
Database Operations.
Database High Availability (Log shipping, Mirroring, Replication and Clustering)
Server Performance issues
Knowledge of current market trends in areas relevant to database technology

 Teradata DBA
*Participate in the design of hardware and software management processes
* Monitor database performance and identification of issues/errors
* Interface with SQL developers for performance and data access requirements
* Demonstrated knowledge of Teradata tools and utilities
* Excellent problem solving skills with demonstrated experience managing and resolving work requests and change requests
* System Performance tuning and capacity planning experience, including production and interpretation of PDCR
* Knowledge of and experience with using Viewpoint to monitor and manage the Teradata Environment
* Experience in Bteq, multiload, fastload, fastexport, Tpump, TPT, TD explain utility, visual explain, TSET, TD Index Wizard, TD Statistics Wizard, ViewPoint, and SQL Assistant. - Detailed knowledge of Teradata system tables
* Limited TD query analysis, performance tuning and testing including use of DBQL analysis and other performance indicators
* Understanding Teradata EXPLAIN plans, checking on how spool tables are built, confidence levels, usage of stats, different index usage
Oracle Database Administrator
Database Administration (9i, 10g, 11g.12c)
DBMS Object Management
Database Backup and Recovery Management by using RMAN
Oracle utilities like Datapump, Export/Import, tkprof, StatsPack, AWR and ADDM report generation .
Dataguard/Standby Database setup and maintenance
Oracle Database /SQL performance tuning
Database Operations
DBMS Standards Management
Citrix Admin
Working knowledge in a mixed environment with XenApp 6.5 and Appsense 7.x/8.x
Hands-on experience in Appsense is must
Configuring Appsense Environment manager, Application Manager and personalization manager
Configuring Deployment groups in Appsense management Suite
Appsense policy configuration, inclusion/exclusion configuration based on client requirement
Troubleshoot streamed application issues in the production environment
Troubleshooting and fixing preliminary issues related to Citrix XenApp and Appsense
Implement poilcies / manage user profile through Appsense
Fixing issues related to Printing through Citrix
