Qualifications :
Management Trainee (General/Depot/Movement) :
Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks aggregation or
CA/ICWA/CS
Management Trainee (Accounts) :
Associate Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or
Associate Membership of Institute of Cost Accountants of India or
Associate Membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India or
Post Graduation (MBA) in Finance specialization or PG Diploma in relevant subject.
Management Trainee (Technical) :
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science/Food Science and Technology/Agricultural Engineering/Bio Technology subjects from recognized University.
Management Trainee (Civil Engineering) :
Graduation in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
Management Trainee (Mechanical Engineering):
Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering) :
Graduation in Electrical Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
Manager (Hindi) :
Master Degree in Hindi/English from recognized University.
Five years experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice versa or
Five years experience of teaching/research writing or journalism in Hindi
Age Limit :
Management Trainee (General/Depot/Movement/Accounts/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) posts attained age limit 28 years as on 01.08.2015.
Manager (Hindi) posts attained age limit 35 years as on 01.08.2015. Age Relaxable for SC/ST-5 years, OBC-3 years, PH (UR) – 10 years applicable for all posts.
Pay Scale :
The Management Trainees will be absorbed as Managers in the IDA Pay scale of Rs. 16400 – 40500/- after successful completion of training period of six months for Manager-Hindi posts & other posts will have to get stipend Rs.16000/-
