We at Alliance Global Services are recruiting a few smart people who will be working as part of technical support team at offshore and should be flexible enough to work in shifts on rotation basis.Must have good communication skills (oral and written). Atleast one year experience in international call center is a must. Knowledge of Active Directory, Basic networking concepts ,Outlook profile creations, Basic computer troubleshooting hardware & software.
