Job  Details:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required. 
C/C++ object-oriented programming experience, standard debugging methodologies, hardware design, software version control tools, communications test development tools (MIB browsers, terminal emulation packages, network monitoring software), experience required. 
Knowledge in basic communications technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, SNMP, ATM, switches, routers) and in telecommunications carrier technologies (DSLAM, xDSL, DS1, DS3, SONET, SDH, EoCu) is preferred.
JAVA and Perl experience is a plus.
