Solving queries and concerns on the call
Arranging for any service required by the Customer
Provide Customer with product and service information
Up sell Products and Services
Followup on customer inquires and resolve
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
Job Specification:
Should be Customer Centric
Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
Working knowledge of Computers
Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
Should be willing to work in night shift
Should be open to change
Minimum of 18 years of age
Educational Requirements:
Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate
