Walkin Drive For Freshers/Expereinced at GE Capital - From 21st June - 28th June 2013
* Receiving calls from customers based out of US
* Solving queries and concerns on the call
* Arranging for any service required by the Customer
* Provide Customer with product and service information
* Up sell Products and Services
* Follow-up on customer inquires and resolve
* Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
* Recommend process improvements.
Job Specification:
* Should be Customer Centric
* Excellent English (Verbal) Communication Skills
* Working knowledge of Computers
* Professional Phone etiquettes and ability to work with a Team
* Should be willing to work in night shift
* Should be open to change
* Minimum of 18 years of age
* Educational Requirements: Should be minimum 10+2 or a Graduate
* Excellent communication skills is a mandate.
